Our goal at Eagle Eye Home Watch is to help you relax while you are away from your home, knowing it is being watched by a trusted hand (eye). In the state of Massachusetts, that involves possessing a Watch Guard Patrol Agency License. It is a thorough background check performed by the Massachusetts State Police and presented at our initial consultation.
During our first meeting we’ll go over a complete checklist of things we look for when inspecting a home or property. By using the Home Watch IT service, we then tailor our services to your individual needs. You’ll be notified immediately upon completion of each inspection we do. Anything in need of immediate attention will be communicated and addressed.
We also offer a Concierge Service to include any special requests, or needs, you may have. If you don’t see a specific service listed below, just ask us about it. We are here to make your life easier and allow you to relax while away. So, ask away!
Visual Inspection of Your Property
These tasks include but are not limited to:
Looking for any storm damage, vandalism, attempts at entry. Ensuring there is no debris or
insect/pest activity.Collect any mail, newspapers, deliveries or flyers and placing them in a secure location
Check faucets, plumbing and windows to make certain they are secure
Check appliances to verify they are functioning properly
Check thermostats and heating (or Air Conditioning) to make sure they are working properly
Check interior and exterior for signs of any insect and pest activity
Check CO2 and smoke detectors to make sure they are functioning properly
Check interior and exterior lighting to ensure proper function
Verify contractor services performed (lawn mowing, snow removal)
Provide detailed customized reports after each visit
