Andy Broe and Steve Harvey bring complementary backgrounds to their partnership at Eagle Eye Home Watch, a property care service they founded together. Andy's diverse experience in banking, technology sales, education, and community involvement through coaching and volunteer work instilled in him a desire to positively impact his community. Steve’s role with Caring Transitions of Tewksbury, where his experience meeting clients in their homes to help coordinate downsizing services, translates seamlessly to his expertise in caring for your home.

Their combined strengths—Andy's meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills paired with Steve's business acumen and client relationship expertise—form the foundation of their trustworthy home watch service. Both men share Massachusetts roots, with Andy settling in Gloucester where he raised his family, and Steve growing up in South Boston.

Together, they've created a business focused on caring for clients' properties with the same dedication they've shown in their professional and community endeavors.
